Negative emotions distorts our body tissue and energy field

When we are angry about something, the emotional energy distorts our cells, our energy field and affects the fabric of space. 

It means that our emotional energy is affecting not only ourselves but also collectively. 

​It’s the same story, even if you ignore it, suppress it. 

What was once created will always exist, until you do something about it. 

It’s the same for any emotions actually. 

So for instance, FEAR.

We have all kinds of fears and this is one of the common denominators among us. 

When I pick up my fear for example, I catch it right there. 

I don’t allow the fear to get away with it and trapped within my cells!

I catch it and zoom in, to see what it is really. 

And when it’s done, the emotional energy is dissolved completely or transmuted to a totally different energy. 

Then, it cannot be trapped within my cells. 

And this attitude of resolving the fear affects the fabric of space in a positive way and it affects the collective consciousness in a positive way. 

So, energy work is becoming more and more essential to our civilisation.
