I came across with Kaeko and her work, after I tried so many things to help myself for so long. I decided to give it a try as a last resort. During the sessions (I took two sessions so far), things that I looked away came up and revealed, so it was challenging. But because of that, I could realise what I was clinging onto. I had a 60 minute energy assessment session with Kaeko by Skype as I have been feeling stressed and exhausted lately. I felt like a weight would have been lifted off my shoulders after the session. Kaeko is very professional and knowledgeable - she dug into some long-forgotten events which had been putting pressure on my everyday life. Not only did I feel more relaxed but also the sore throat and anxiety were gone. I had an important presentation later in the week and after a good night’s sleep did really well! No nerves, no anxiety, just ease to present in front of an audience, magical! I would have no hesitation in recommending Kaeko and will return for more sessions to keep my life in balance. I've been having heavy period and PMS since I was young. As a result, half of every month, I'm exhausted. I have long given up that to be fixed, as it's to do with my hormonal balance. Kaeko first checked each organ and gland if they are fully functioning. I was surprised to see that most of my organs and glands have less than 50% of functioning level. My ovaries had 13% of functioning level. That's where she started the session. After releasing many emotions, my ovary function was restored to 84%! Together with this, other organs and glands' function levels were also restored. It was very clear to see the numbers, as it became my motivation to improve my life and living. 2 days after the session, it got so much better for me to wake up in the morning. During the day, I became more and more active! Kaeko's Energy Assessment will be good for those who know what's wrong with their symptoms, but also, those who have no idea with their low, depressed, tired feelings. I think this is a great way to prevent illness.

I was blown away! Kaeko is one of the loveliest lady’s I have ever met, who made this a real person experience for me. We sat down and she located each trapped emotion, one by one, getting to the root of each. Once released, I felt an instant change for the better, less tense and anxious and even needed tissues to wipe away my tears. It’s day 3 now and I must say, as a previously anxious and angry person, I have never felt so calm and at peace with the world. A once anxious person who now can speak to people without worrying about the outcomes. I would highly recommend seeing Kaeko if you feel you have trapped emotions, which I believe every person has. I have recommended her practices to all my friends and family and will be revisiting very shortly to take them all! Life changing.

Hello! I took your session last month!
Thanks to you, I've been feeling better and better. I finally stopped procrastination and began what I wanted to do. And it's going well.
I didn't understand everything you said during the session but day by day, it made more sense! Now, I feel like I drive my car, not allowing anyone else to take over the wheel. The biggest change so far must be that I began choosing colours. I'm so used to wear black for so long and now, I'm choosing orange and yellow! I will have another session soon! See you then!

I was astounded by the differences I saw in the portrait Kaeko showed me.
It was SO different!
One of the portrait was somehow familiar but the other portrait was a total stranger to me. But both are myself, right?
I realised that I only saw what I could allow to see in myself and I disconnected from the side that I could not allow.
So I was half up until now.
Thanks to Kaeko, releasing the resistance to accept who I am, I am now more conscious about who truly I am.

I had the experience of having a Body Code session with Kaeko working on many subjects, one of these subjects was to work on my 8 year old son as he was having various difficulties integrating and making friends also had difficulties with being bullied. After 3 days of just one Body Code session I notice a radical change in my son, he was more social and less introverted, his energy changed in a positive way.

My first body code session I was a little apprehensive and nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. But Kaeko put me completely at ease and explained the process in an easy to understand form. She guided me through the process by asking questions and finding blockages in my system. When Kaeko came down to a specific event which happened back when I was 27 years old and she asked you if I remembered anything. I think this was the moment, when her talent really shone in that I have a poor memory and many times could not remember where I was or what was going on in my life at that specific time. So, Kaeko asked questions and eventually through her intuition we came up with something that did happen in that time period so that she could release.It’s hard to describe but there was a peacefulness, a more relaxed energy, which formed me a feeling of being more focused.
