A journalist, a linguist, a researcher and also a good friend of mine Kaisa, has taken a session and she interviewed me.
The questions she asked were:
-What is my session like?
-How does it usually go?
-It was very relaxing like at the end of Yoga class, although she was seated on her sofa for the whole time. Is it how it usually goes with other people?
-Who would be benefited from?
I am sensitive person.
I have always been.
My definition of “being a sensitive person” is, having the ability to pick up more than others.
So, in some cases people said something like, “how did you know it was coming?”
Because I was picking up some subtle energy.
Subtle energy comes in different forms.
In our society, being sensitive is not considered to be part of being normal.
It can be overwhelming and confusing if you don’t know first that you are sensitive, second what it means to be sensitive, and finally if you don’t know what to do with the amount of information that you are picking up.
So I began my journey to find the way to understand about myself and my world at one point.
And eventually I came across with energy healing.
When I first read “everything is energy”, my perception was changed forever.
