Moxibustion, the power of "smoke"

Moxibustion has a long tradition in Japan. 

It uses a fibre called Moxa which is clearly taken from the Japanese word for the fibre. 

I began using Moxa recently and just love it!

I use this very handy Moxa, specifically made for self-healing. 

I'm simply placing it on an Acupuncture spot while it burns. 

The green little cushion prevent my skin from burning. 

Until I began this little thing, I didn't truly understand the power of "smoke". 

Smoke has been said to repel  so-called "bad" energy. 

And for the first time, I felt the shift that was made by this little thing. 

I'm not a big fan of white sage smudge sticks though they look nice. 

And I don't like smoking cigarettes either. 

But this one? 

Very special. 

And it helps me restoring my balance from the atomic level.
