So, if you are keen to change your "unpleasant" feeling, you should own that feeling first.
What does "own" your feeling mean?
When we are blaiming someone or something for our "unpleasant" feeling, we would never be able to change that feeling.
Because it doesn't belong to you.
We can only change anything what we own.
Your "unpleasant" feeling may be triggered by this person or that, that news or physical symptoms etc, but that feeling itself doesn't belong to them.
It's up to you to do whatever you like.
So, the first step to be taken is to stand firm on your own feet to say, " I can change my feelings!"
