I used to spend so much time thinking and reviewing about things that didn't work.
I went back over and over by saying " Why didn't it work? " all without being aware what I was doing.
This is one good example of "self-sabotage".
This is how we keep ourselves away from choosing what makes us happier, better, more successful.
In Body Code™ (Emotion Code™), we release all the emotional energies around those past events, so that we naturally spend less time "self-sabotage" ourselves.
So what happens with me now is, every time I realise (this is already different where I used to spend my time self-sabotaging without knowing!) that I'm self-sabotaging, I ask myself "Ah, what's my hidden agenda then?" then, with quick releases of these lingering emotional energies, I can navigate myself out of that "loop".
