At the start of this pandemic, I heard a doctor speaking something like this.
“Don’t panic, we all die one day.”
It felt very unnerving at the time, as I found myself at an empty supermarkets, saw the statistics in Italy, daily announcements etc….I felt very hurt by the blunt message.
Because I was afraid of death.
When you are afraid of death, it simply means that I wasn’t living here and now.
It was a blow to me, as an energy worker, advocating people with “here and now” yet, I failed to BE it!!
Needless to say, I have read the famous book by Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now, so I had the idea but again, I failed to BE it.
Typical human condition!
So the doctor’s blunt yet it was a truth very simply expressed told me something about what life actually means.
If we live forever, we wouldn’t need courage, for example.
If we life forever, we wouldn’t need to reflect and learn.
There are many things that allow us to expand ourselves because we only exist for a fleeting moment.
If you felt or feel the same way as me as you read this, simply ask yourself this question.
“What would I do today, if this is my last day on Earth?”
I know, I used to laugh at this kind of question, but try.
My answer was to forgive myself, others and everything.
So I simply intended it.
What I mean by saying DONE, is to began living as myself without any anger towards anyone including myself.
That means that I choose as I without anger.
This part, many people actually feel slow, as some people believe energy work is an instant job that allows you magically BE there.
Yes, yes, yes, that’s also true yet, we need to train ourselves.
As you do it, before you know it, you ARE that.
That’s my energy work!
My name is Kaeko, I’m from Japan and living in London.
