Yesterday was Setsubun, it's the day before the beginning of spring in Japan.
It is said that energy changes greatly during this period.
I felt that yesterday.
I was sleepy, tired, not at all hungry etc.
It's an energy detox!
Today, the first day of spring, I'm feeling new :)
So, the picture in your mind.
Have you ever thought or heard that we carry images in our mind?
Our mind perceives thoughts and feelings in images.
And our subconscious mind will seek to fulfil that image in our mind.
If we have the "right" images in our mind, it will take us to where we want to be. It means that if we have "wrong" images, our subconscious mind still seek to fulfil them.
In Body Code, we deal these types of energies as "image" and "despair anchor".
Here is my example.
I often succeeded with shopping by carrying the exact image of what I want, in terms of colour, texture, price and how I would feel to wear that item!
Another example of having the right or wrong image in your mind will be, working with people who want to lose their weight.
I have worked with many people with weight issues, and having the right picture in your mind is particularly important if the person wants to lose his or her weight.
Those people often appeared to be wanting to lose their weight, but they couldn't, so they sought alternative methods and eventually reached me.
People with weight loss issues, often say "I want to lose some weight".
But when they say it, I pick up other energies.
They actually carry so much more to that sentences, in images.
Such as "I want to lose 10 kg...but it wouldn't work. Because it never worked." or " I want to lose 10 kg...but I don't want to quit my doughnut!" etc.
So, at the same time of saying "I want to lose 10 kg" they are actually saying that "I cannot lose 10 kg". Therefore the mind seek to fulfil "I cannot lose 10 kg" always.
Do you see it?
So, in my sessions, I work with the energies of "But, I can't. Because...." one by one!
Now, let's check if you have one of those!
Can you write a list of things that you want to achieve, get, experience?
And then, if you are actually getting there, that's fine.
But those things that you're struggling with, can you write the reasons for not being able to achieve those?
Those reasons that you wrote down are the images currently programmed to your mind!
