I begin my day with a meditation.
I set my intent and remind why I’m doing what I’m doing.
I close my day with another meditation to release what’s misaligned.
Here & Now.
Sometimes, what we are doing “Here & Now” doesn’t seem to be connected to where we want to go.
Then typically, we feel anxious, impatient etc…
My daily meditation routine helps me check in with my intention.
So that I remember why I’m doing what I’m doing now.
