We create fear and anxiety every so often and it can be quite overwhelming especially as we go through some weird energy here and there nowadays.
In this post, I intend to clarify the mechanism or these emotional energies and share a different point of view which may allow you to shift your energy!
We have 2 types of negative emotions.
I clear the type 1 emotions and help my clients to utilise type 2 emotions through my work.
Type 2 emotional energy carries communication from Universe (your higher self, guides, Creator).
However, as you might’ve guessed, when you have more of type 1 emotional energy, it is just impossible to utilise type 2 emotional energy.
That’s why, it is often said that it’s crucial that you clear more in the beginning, before you begin to receive the higher inspirations.
This part begins naturally, when your balance shift as you release type 1 emotional energies at one point.
But still, fear and anxiety can shake you from time to time.
Here, I’m not talking about a normal level of hear/anxiety, I’m talking about the serious, debilitating fear and anxiety.
This is because when we experience such fear and anxiety, we are acknowledging them outside of us.
Think of one thing that makes you feel anxious.
Bring it to the front, and observe it.
It can be an individual, an entity, a thing like a disease, anything.
When you observe it in front of yourself, do you feel like you have it inside of you?
If that’s a person, who is manipulative and very cunning, let’s say.
Would you feel “I’m not much different from her/him, although I’m not THAT bad…”
”I would NEVER ever done such thing!”?
It’s a test, in a way.
The point isn’t being that you REALLY have done something exactly like the person or not.
If your reaction was more like the prior comment which was ALLOWING, then your level of self-acceptance is not too bad.
But if your reaction was more like the latter comment which was CONDEMNING, then you have to work hard on self-acceptance, that’s all.
When we are accepting ourselves, when we love ourselves more and more, we begin to function from allowance, rather than condemnation.
If you are functioning more from condemnation, you will have more fear and anxiety.
Because you acknowledging whatever you are afraid of and anxious about outside of you, which means that you are feeling “out of control” at the same time.
That’s when you dismiss ALL negative emotions as bad and failing to receive the guidance from higher perspective!
