I do meditate often nowadays and I use it in my energy healing sessions.
But in the beginning, I couldn’t focus very well.
Every time I tried to quiet my mind, there’s something popping up!
What did I do?
I did something very drastic!
I decided to DO EVERYTHING that came up in my mind!
For example, if I suddenly remember that I was going to clear my wardrobe, I would break my meditation and went straight to my wardrobe to clear!
One by one, day by day, I cleared all these little things from my mind.
But there’s always something, right?
Nowadays, it doesn’t bother me so much like it used, but I place (not push) my both index finger on my temples at the beginning of my meditation.
Just like reminding myself where to focus, that’s the centre of the brain.
And magically, this little gesture to place my fingers on my temples helps me focus.
