Earthing

I love walking bare foot on the glass. 

It’s my quick way to detox emf, toxins and all kinds of stuff that don’t allow me to feel connected. 

We are all living on the surface of the Earth and I always feel excited that we are all connected by the Earth when I do earthing.

It also reminds me to project a positive expanding energy out there as we are affecting constantly each other.
