Choices we make in each and every moment creates our reality

I love this couple!  

To me, ascension is the expansion of our consciousness. 

And what does expanding our consciousness like? 

I take it something like this. 

We all had a thing or two or more to feel bad about ourselves when we were....let's say 14 or 15. 

Problems. 

But when we became 20, 30 , 40, 50.....the same thing won't bother us anymore. 

Not necessarily that the problems were solved, but they just cannot bother us anymore in the same way they did when we're like 14. 

This is how it feels like to me.
