Sunny week, old book and new cream

This is a week of sunshine here in London. 

I’m taking time to be outside absorbing the sunshine!

Soon, Olympic game will be open and a friend of mine in Japan, who runs a bicycle store with her family, posted a ticket to see MTB (or MBT?) something to do with bike in Tokyo!

In the meantime, I’m re-reading a book speaking about big bang and our perception etc.  

When we see more contrasts outside of us, it means that we’re separating from the outside world. 

What we seprate ourselves from outside world is the judgements like good or bad, right or wrong…etc. 

And all energy work begins within ourselves. 

As we become one within ourselves, there will be less contrasts we experience and so on and so forth. 

Lastly, here is my new experience of ozonated coconut oil. 

I have a sensitive skin and I was looking for an alternative something to put on my skin when I have a reaction.
